Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Faherenheit
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl
Mix by hand or on low if using a mixer until all ingredients are incorporated
Line muffin trays with liners
Scoop ¼ cup of batter into each liner
Bake for 14-16 minutes or until a knife inserted is clean. There may be melted chocolate chips on the knife. That’s okay.
