Instructions
Dice or chop the mango, jalapeno, onion, cilantro and red pepper and mix together 🥣.
If using frozen mango, let it fully defrost and drain off excess liquid before chopping.
The mango chunks can be ½-inch cubes; chop everything else a bit smaller.
Stir in the juice of ½ lime and salt. Add more lime juice to taste.
Mix it up and enjoy!
